Profil: My upbringing was humble and painful. Struggling with rejection and neglect, I believed me being born into this world was a mistake. And therefore I had the tendency to always try to be right and make things right. People pleasing and doing everything the best way possible were amongst the many ways for me to overcompensate for what I am feeling inside. Looking strong and cheerful on the outside, I was dying and feeling not worthy inside. It took more than a dozen people that I respected to slap me with their trusts and many ways of appreciation that I started to look at myself differently. It took some kind heart, open mind and good words from a totally different perspective than mine, to help me accept myself and feel great about being me. Now, as an Empowerment Coach, I want to be that empowering voice for you.
